Just a note to describe the extremely positive experience we had with Nancy Endara, an extremely professional real estate person. After 21 years of owning a condo in the Lido Regency in Sarasota, Florida, it was time to sell. We contacted several persons there for a referral to represent us in the sale. I had a really pleasant and great experience with Andrew Tanner and the Laughlin Tanner Group!! Andrew was always a big help from the day I signed the contract until closing -- and later, too. I live in New Jersey and my new home is in Florida, but Andrew and his wife, Natalie, were always there for us. They helped us with shopping for kitchen cabinets, finding good vendors, getting permits, blueprints, inspections, walkthroughs, and more. They were just a phone call away.
