She leads the styling and staging direction—furniture placement, linens, lighting, editing and decluttering—so spaces photograph beautifully and show even better in person. She also directs the visual production with a precise eye (shot lists, timing for optimal light, and careful selection of final imagery) to ensure a cohesive, premium narrative across every Sotheby’s-caliber marketing channel.

Natalie lived in New York City for 20 years before moving to Sarasota to start a family and be closer to grandparents. A mother of two, she understands that buying property is both an investment and a place where families create a home to thrive, dream and build lifelong memories. Deeply rooted in community, Natalie pioneered edible gardens for children at Southside Elementary School.
