About Patte Nusbaum

Patte has lived in Greenwich for the past 25 years. As an active and past member and leader in many Greenwich organizations, including the Greenwich PTA and PTA Council executive boards, B*CURED, Women’s Division of the UJA Board, and the Temple Sholom committees, she has an extensive knowledge of the Greenwich community. Her previous 16-year career in the garment industry, both as a department store buyer and a partner in an independent sales firm, has prepared her to be a master of detail and a formidable negotiator.

Her vast knowledge of the different Greenwich neighborhoods is key to helping her clients focus on the area in Greenwich that best meets their needs. Her tenacity and disciplined work ethic allow her to provide her clients with the best information and statistics in order to make good, informed decisions.
