I just wanted to congratulate your team. I have been thinking it for a while and now I am just going to say it. I know this property well and you are truly putting it in its best light. The property is priced right, prepped professionally, great photography (including aerials), well worded, pushed out to the broad market and more. I bet if I showed some interest, you would even do good old-fashioned salesmanship and follow up on every lead/property your team represents. That’s awesome! My bottom line: If every Realtor was as good as your team, I would not feel like the Realtor world needs me.
