As a “remote buyers,” I would consider our needs quite special. Natalie did a full evaluation and assessment of the home on our behalf. When the decision to purchase was made, she and the team led a quick, fair and successful price negotiation process. She then immediately plugged us into her network of capable and highly responsive support groups, including mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, legal teams and inspection companies.

Natalie drove the collection of all necessary reports and other key documents for us while we were living some 10,000 miles away. This required her to communicate with us at any hour of her day and night. Post-closing, she periodically looked in on the house to make sure it was going to remain in proper condition until occupancy.

From New Jersey…

When Joanne and I first met Nancy Endara, (about 5 years ago), we knew if we were going to purchase a home in Florida, Nancy would be our point of contact. Through the years, we have occasionally touched base with Nancy on properties of interest and we have always found her to be warm, knowledgeable, has great integrity and is very flexible. These are traits which we admired then, have come to admire over the years and admire even more than ever now as we navigate through these stressful times.

We are in the process of purchasing a condo which we have never seen in person. Nancy “FaceTimed” our original view of the property. Given the pandemic, we will not be able to travel to view the property due to the stay-at-home orders in New Jersey. We had intended to have a walk through prior to the closing; however, due to the stay-at-home order still in place, Nancy will perform the walk through, has coordinated an electronic close, and will coordinate the locksmith after the close.

Joanne and I were considering postponing the close; however, the comfort that Nancy provided to us gives us great pleasure to proceed. This is a relationship built over time. Nancy is a valued, seasoned, ultimate professional whom Joanne and I have come to admire.

From Australia…

We have moved around quite a lot over the last 7 years, lived in multiple homes, and had to use even more agents (even from another country) to accomplish this throughout that time. Our experience with Natalie, however, has been extraordinary!

We started our journey in Florida, went to Texas, Texas to New Zealand, and found ourselves back here, once again, in Florida. Natalie made herself available with my husband’s difficult work schedule on a short trip he made to Florida last year to look at several homes she helped us pick out as potential buys. She was very well informed, knew all the answers to our questions, and had helpful information about the areas. Anything she wasn’t able to provide, she did so immediately with a follow-up the next day or put us in contact with whoever could help us.

Although our original picks were not something we chose from, Natalie was able to pin-point a new selection with extreme accuracy to what we wanted. She made special accommodations for us, since we were out of the country and could not make another trip, by doing video walk-thru tours of the homes so we could experience them as if in real life! It was perfect!

We had some difficulties in the purchasing process related to paper work and deadlines, and Natalie was on top of it every step of the way keeping everyone in the loop and on time with target deadlines. She even offered to go out of her way personally to ship the necessary documents to us via express to ensure a smooth and timely closing.

We were unable to arrive immediately to the house, and she came to observe the necessary repairs and maintenance that needed to be done as well as checking on the house for us. When we did finally arrive, it was almost 2:00 in the morning. We came to find easy access, beautiful home touches like a few house lilies and orchids, sleeping bags/bedding/blow up beds for each of us, all the kitchen and home essentials to get us through the first couple nights, and even some entertainment toys for the little ones.

Natalie is not only an outstanding agent who went above and beyond, but a beautiful person deserving of the much earned respect and recognition for her hard work and efforts. It is my hope that in this letter she can be highlighted for the amazing person she is and the quality, care, and love she puts into her work.

From Michigan…

We live in Michigan and were looking to find a vacation home in Florida. Our interest was only in homes or condos located directly on the beach. We focused on the Sarasota area and visited a couple of times to explore the available market. After returning home to Michigan, we continued to search on the internet. We located a condo that looked to be in need of extensive remodeling, but was located directly on the beach on Lido Key.

Wanting to act quickly we contacted the listing agent, Nancy Endara, to discuss the listing. Nancy set up a FaceTime session for us to view the condo online, avoiding a rush trip to Florida. We were able to get a good feel for the property and a vision of how it would be after renovations. Nancy had several ideas that we incorporated into the design.

We made an offer and purchased the condo. It is now finished and exceeded our expectations.
