One of our most recent sales tells that story well.
The client has now completed four successful transactions with our group over more than 30 years. Each move reflected a different stage of life, a different market, and a different set of goals. That relationship began in 1995, when we represented her in the purchase of a beautiful waterfront home on Siesta Key. It was an important acquisition and the start of a long-standing advisory relationship built on trust, results and consistency.
Years later, in 2021, that same Siesta Key home had reached a new moment of opportunity. The client was living in New York, and the property needed updates and remodeling to prepare it for the market. Because she knew she could rely on our judgment and oversight, she entrusted the Laughlin Tanner Group not only with listing the home, but with managing the improvement process from afar.
That kind of assignment requires more than market knowledge. We oversaw the work with the goal of positioning the property to achieve its strongest potential. When the time came, we listed and sold the home successfully.
After selling the Siesta Key home, we represented her again, this time on the purchase side, as she made her next move to The Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch. This was not simply another transaction. It was a lifestyle decision. After waterfront living on Siesta Key, her priorities had evolved, and we helped her identify a home and community that suited the next chapter beautifully.
