About Hannah
Raised in Sarasota, Hannah attended the University of Florida, where she studied agricultural education with a specialty in communication and leadership development and minored in wildlife ecology. After graduating, she worked as a corporate communications specialist at SUNZ Insurance while building TerraNova Equestrian Center in nearby Myakka City on the side.
Eventually, Hannah transitioned to TerraNova full time. The equestrian destination is a world-class facility that hosts prestigious international equestrian competitions, and features The Estates at TerraNova, an exclusive enclave of luxury residences. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2022, Hannah has focused on building, branding, and marketing the equestrian development.
Hannah’s background in communication and marketing, as well as her personal experience as an equestrian athlete, have been invaluable in creating the vision for the lifestyle within The Estates at TerraNova. It is her mission to bring people together to appreciate the beauty of the equine community at TerraNova and the natural splendor of Manatee County’s horse country. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
Hannah resides in Myakka City and competes at the international level in dressage. Through The TerraNova Equestrian Foundation, she is involved in bringing a charitable component to the center’s events. Working with several area charities, the foundation helps address needs in the local community related to food insecurity, foster care, natural disaster relief, and therapeutic riding programs.
