Our experience was wonderful in a time of complete frenzy in the marketplace. Not a time (in a sellers market) to be buying, but we were. Nancy seemed to be available night or day, quick with responses and showings, and always upbeat. Her personality and temperament is well suited to her profession. I would recommend her to any of our friends looking for a realtor. She also has a great referral list for lenders, inspectors and trades for painting, remodels, windows, etc. The Laughlin e-sign contract process was very secure, convenient and so easy to use. Not all software is as impressive.
