Andrew and Natalie of the Peter G Laughlin Group were simply amazing. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of their service. They took time to get to know us and our needs, and then worked hard to match that with homes. There was no pressure and they truly wanted us to be very happy with our new home — and we are. They went beyond just realtors and became our advocates and friends. As we are from out of town, their knowledge of Sarasota and generosity with their time was invaluable. Even more impressive is that after the closing, their real work just began. They found us vendors who would did all the work necessary on the home and even oversaw the work. When an issue arose with one vendor, they immediately stepped in and made sure everything was just right. We are fortunate enough in life to have enjoyed some first class service, but Andrew and Natalie hold the record for best service from anyone.
